Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

1. Shipping
Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan)
- We deliver orders within Pakistan using reputable courier partners and, within Peshawar, our own riders.
- Estimated delivery times: Peshawar 1-2 business days; rest of KPK 2-3 business days; rest of Pakistan 3-5 business days. These timelines are tentative and we are not liable for delays arising from events outside our reasonable control.
- Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping. Orders below Rs. 5,000 have a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders are delivered within Pakistan only.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched for shipping, by contacting us via WhatsApp at 0313-9387049, by phone, or by email at contact@rehsons.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and our standard Returns & Refund policy below will apply instead.
3. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- If the product you receive is different from what you ordered, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with evidence such as receipts, photos and/or videos of the issue.
- To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp at 0313-9387049 or email contact@rehsons.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send the item back to us.
- Returned goods must be in a condition that allows them to be resold.
- Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days, to the original payment method or as store credit, at your preference.
- You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, except where the item was defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
